Elder Residence

Our Elder Residence project is now off to construction after completing the design and documentation phases.

The new addition will provide north facing living spaces that cascade down the site, whilst the existing 1951 workers cottage will receive alterations and rectification work.

Vinnbuild has been appointed the successful builder for the project and we look forward to sharing progress updates with you over the coming months.

The Elder Residence was originally commenced by BAM Office in 2021 - Thank you to Andrew de Boer and Bradley Melvin for their support & collaboration.
